 Daniel N. Moretta, DO
Specializing in Hand, Upper Extremity & Sports Medicine
Dr. Moretta hails from Stark County and is a graduate of Perry High School. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University, Dr. Moretta earned his degree in Physical Therapy and returned to Stark County and practiced for 2 years. Dr. Moretta then entered and completed his medical school at Ohio University college of Osteopathic Medicine in 1982. His Orthopedic training was completed at Doctors' Hospital in Stark County. Dr. Moretta's training included extensive training in hand and upper extremity, his particular point of interest.
Dr. Moretta, born and raised in Perry Township, has served as the team physician for Perry Schools for years. His practice emphasizes in hand, upper extremity and sports medicine. Dr. Moretta serves on the board of multiple local organizations as well as the physician leadership group at Doctors' Hospital. He also served as the past chief of staff as well as orthopedic department chair. Dr. Moretta resides in Perry Township with his wife and two children.
